Minimum A.S. in Computer Science, Web Design or
related major is preferred.
0-1 years of experience is preferred.
Ability to work with collaborate with other
teams’ managers time-efficiently.
Capability to adapt well to fast- passed working
environment in a start-up business.
Great time management and task orientated skills.
Must be able to communicate clearly
and effectively in both oral and written form.
Roles and Responsibilities
Assist and execute daily tasks from office team
managers’ time-efficiently.
Assist the work of updating company website and
other media communication.
Assist processes, take measurements, and
interpret data.
Assist to serve as the first point of contact
when employees have inventory-related issues.
Assist in setting up new workstations and update
workstations as employees move locations.
Assist with documentation and organization of
inventory of office.
Assist and execute HR tasks such as contacting
candidates through hiring platform, email, or by phone for virtual and
on-site interview scheduling, onboarding, digitalize documentation.
Document processes, as well as back up and
archive data
Help support other office-related tasks as
needed.
