Workforce Development: Carolina Battery Institute and Guilford Technical Community College Sign Affiliate Agreement

On January 22nd, 2024, CEO Sung-Jin Cho, Tim Price, and June Sunwoo visited Guilford Technical Community College (GTCC) to meet with Dr. Anthony Clarke, president of GTCC. The meeting resulted in an affiliation agreement to boost Advanced Workforce Development in North Carolina. The collaboration centers on CBI's ACE program, culminating in 3 innovative training courses that will be available for enrollment starting in April 2024. Both parties are committed to bringing equitable opportunities to underserved communities. They see green energy use and production as pathways to a brighter, more sustainable future.
