Work Experience Partnership with GuilfordWorks

Soelect is proud to announce the launch of a new corporate social responsibility initiative in collaboration with GuilfordWorks, the workforce development board for Guilford County, North Carolina. Beginning this month, Soelect will welcome two work experience trainees to its Human Resource team as part of this meaningful partnership.

This initiative, aligned with Soelect’s commitment to community engagement and workforce development, is designed to provide hands-on industry experience to individuals seeking to grow their skills and career potential. Through the Guilford County NCWorks Work Experience Program, the selected trainees will receive valuable exposure to a high-tech, fast-paced working environment in the advanced battery materials sector.
